Play Report -- June 11th, 2007

Tonight we played a 4-player game of Ticket to Ride: USA 1910, using the Big Cities variant, and a 6-player game of Power Grid using the USA map.

  • Blaise won Ticket to Ride, followed closely by Sallie and Fuzz, with Craig trailing.
  • Dave won Power Grid, having exhausted the rest of us.

Note to self: In the future, do NOT start 6-player games of Power Grid at 10:00pm -- the game was hard fought and brutal.

Attendees: Craig Trader and Carrie Hafer, Rachel and Jim “Blaise” Trigg, Sallie, Dave and Tony Montuori, Dana Leader, and John McMahon.

    It was only 9:30-ish when Power Grid started. Yeah; it's definitely not a good candidate for playing after something else.
